How do I prepare for an arm wax?
- About two weeks of growth is enough. Fine arm hair grips well even when it's short.
- No lotion or sunscreen on your arms the day of your visit.
- If you tan, do it a few days before or after, not the same day.
- Wear a short-sleeved or loose top so nothing rubs afterwards.
How do I look after my skin afterwards?
- Keep the arms cool and dry for the rest of the day. Skip the sauna and the sun.
- Moisturize from the next day onward to keep the skin soft.
- A light exfoliation once or twice a week keeps the regrowth smooth.
- Plan on every four to six weeks. Arm hair grows slower than leg hair, so results last well.

- Does arm waxing hurt?
- Very little. The forearm is one of the most comfortable areas to wax. The inside of the upper arm is the only spot that's a bit more sensitive.
- Will the hair grow back thicker?
- No. Waxing pulls hair from the root, and over time the follicle weakens. Hair comes back finer and sparser. Shaving is what leaves the blunt edge that feels coarse.

- How long does it last?
